For orders over $50.00 shipping is FREE inside the continental U.S. We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS as carriers, and we will determine the best carrier to be used when you utilize free shipping. However, if you want to receive your items sooner than the standard ground shipping time (3-6 business days), free shipping does not apply. Free shipping also does not apply if your order is less than $50.00, or if you live in Alaska or Hawaii.

If free shipping does not apply to you, or you wish to expedite your shipping, our checkout will calculate the cost of each method of shipping based on your zip code, and will display them for you to choose.

If you live in, or are visiting, Arizona, you can choose to pick your items up at one of our locations. This will exempt you from shipping charges and can be much quicker than shipping. Some communication may be required through email, but your purchase should be ready to pick up within one business day. We do not accept orders for shipment outside of the US. We only accept US credit cards with US billing addresses.

How Long will it Take?

There are a couple of factors that affect how long the shipping process takes:

1.) Did your transaction go smoothly? If all of your information is correct we can process your order right away. Otherwise we may have to contact you for additional or different information. Make sure that you can be reached at the phone number or email address that you provided, so that we can clear things up and ship your order right away.

2.) What time did you place your order? DealerSkate.com makes an effort to process your order the moment it is received, and ship it as soon as possible. In some cases, your order may be shipped immediately. However, most orders placed after 10:00am (Arizona Time) are shipped first thing the next morning.*

3.) What kind of shipping did you chose? The standard ground shipping time for UPS, is 3-8 business days. (Business days do not include the weekend.) This is the only form of shipping that free shipping applies to. We will determine the best carrier to be utilized for free shipping.
Other forms of shipping are available for your purchases; these options will be listed at checkout with the number of days they take. Remember that this is counted in business days.
